How these are handled
- No charge. Claiming, correcting and removing a listing are all free. Claiming is how the data gets better, so it is not a paid product here.
- Factual errors within five business days. We change the record, not the page rank — a correction never moves a company up or down the list.
- Removal within seven days. The record is suppressed and its URL redirects to the city page, so nothing 404s and no stale copy survives in search.
- What we will not remove. A record is not taken down because a review is unflattering or because a company would rather not be compared. Removal is for factual error, closure, or a legal requirement.
- Data we hold. Business name, phone, website, service area and the documents a partner sends us. Enquiries sent through the site are passed to the crews you are matched with and are not sold onward.
Why this page exists
Directories rot. Numbers change, vans get sold, crews stop taking a service. The only way a listing stays useful is if the business and the homeowner can both correct it, quickly and for free. That is cheaper for us than rebuilding the dataset and better for you than a phone number that rings out.
