Palgrave is one of 5 areas we cover in Caledon, and it prices off the same Peel Region route as the rest of the municipality. What changes block to block is access: gate width, side-yard clearance, decking and where the truck can park.
Palgrave shares the Caledon dispatch day, and the schedule is set by route density rather than by neighbourhood. We do not publish Palgrave-specific intersections or landmarks, because we have not verified which ones crews actually use — the postal prefixes above are the coverage detail we can stand behind.
Caledon routes are rural: acreage lots, long driveways and well water instead of municipal supply. Crews price the drive, not the pool, and water hauling is often unavoidable on a liner replacement — confirm the tanker cost before you compare totals.

Local rules
Pool water is regulated by Peel Region, not by the contractor. These are the rules that actually apply when a crew drains a pool or hooks a fill line to the municipal supply — checked against official sources on 2 November 2026.

Backflow testing
Peel requires annual testing for commercial, institutional and multi-residential properties, and for single homes larger than 600 m². A cross-connection survey is due within 60 days of the notice, devices within a year, and installation permits come from your city's building department rather than the Region.
Rules and fees change, and a large property can fall into a program an ordinary house does not. Confirm with Caledon or Peel Region before you drain or book a test. Peel Region — Sewer Use By-law 53-2010 · Peel Region — backflow prevention

Closings in Caledon run $415–$715 and include a line blowout, antifreeze and cover install. Water below 18°C is the trigger; waiting for the first freeze is how return lines split.
Local crews
No listed crew in this municipality yet.
No company here has cleared verification, so nothing is published for this area. Send the job and we will tell you plainly whether a crew covers the address — or that none does yet.
An inground opening in Palgrave runs $395–$690, the same Caledon range as the rest of Peel Region. Above-ground pools sit at the lower end. Algae treatment, water hauling and repairs found on site are quoted separately.
No company is listed in Caledon yet, but Palgrave sits inside the postal prefixes L7. Coverage is set by route density, so confirm the prefix when you call.
Narrow side yards, locked gates, decking and street parking add labour in Palgrave, and a hoist is sometimes needed if a liner cannot be carried in. Mention access when you request quotes so the first number is the final number.
Book openings by late March for a late-April or early-May visit, and closings before the first week of October. Liner replacement is best scheduled between July and early September, when warm air lets the vinyl stretch into place.
