What pool work costs in The Beaches
The Beaches is one of 5 areas we cover in Toronto, and it prices off the same Toronto route as the rest of the municipality. What changes block to block is access: gate width, side-yard clearance, decking and where the truck can park.
The Beaches shares the Toronto dispatch day, and the schedule is set by route density rather than by neighbourhood. We do not publish The Beaches-specific intersections or landmarks, because we have not verified which ones crews actually use — the postal prefixes above are the coverage detail we can stand behind.
Toronto's mix of 1950s bungalows and newer infill means a lot of narrow side yards, gated access and shared driveways. Expect a short access surcharge when equipment has to be carried more than 75 feet.
