What has not been checked
- Insurance, WSIB coverage and licensing — no certificate is on file. Ask for both before you authorize work.
- Workmanship and past jobs — nothing here has been inspected.
- The star rating is Google's, shown from their listing and not collected on this site.
This company qualified for the list because it publishes a phone number, a working email on its own site and a logo from that site. That is a reachability check, not an endorsement, and the email is not published here.
