- Placement: one clearly labelled sponsor section on the home page. It is not a directory listing, verification badge, rating or endorsement.
- Duration: the one-day placement runs for 24 hours and the seven-day placement for 7 days from the payment confirmation. A weekly placement renews every 7 days; a monthly placement renews each month. Both continue until cancelled before the next renewal.
- Cancellation: cancel a weekly or monthly renewal from the management link shown after checkout, when Stripe's billing portal is enabled, or by contacting us before the next charge. Access continues through the paid period.
- Refunds: because the placement begins immediately, payments are non-refundable once the placement starts, except where required by law.
- Content: you confirm you may advertise the business and that the name, tagline and website are accurate. No misleading claims, illegal products, adult content, gambling, financial scams or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Removal: we may reject or remove a placement that breaks these rules or creates a legal, security or reputational risk. A removed placement is not entitled to a refund.
- No performance promise: we do not guarantee impressions, clicks, calls, leads or sales. The home page is the only inventory.
- Payment: prices are in CAD and shown at Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment; we do not receive or store card details.
